It’s been a fantastic start to the winter show season for Charlotte’s first home bred British Blue heifer calf, Foxhill Nadiya.
This Park Daimler daughter is out of our foundation female, Rhymil Kylie, who we purchased privately from Rhys Millichap.
Her first outing was at the Sedgemoor Winter Calf Show where she won the Continental section and then went interbreed calf champion.
Next stop for Nadiya was Carlisle for the Northern Club Calf Show held at Borderway Agri Expo. Here she went up against some stiff competition and won her class then went female champion and overall British Blue champion.
This week we returned to home soil attending the Agrifest South West Beef Event. Here Nadiya won her British Blue heifer calf class and then went British Blue champion and pedigree calf champion.
We’re now looking forward to the trip north again where she will go to Stars of the Future Calf Show tomorrow, alongside some of our Limousin calves.
