Foxhill Youngstock Shine at Stars of the Future

Following on from a good show at Agrifest in Exeter, the team headed to Stirling for Stars of the Future calf show. Starting the day with the Limousins, Foxhillfarm Terminator stood first in his class and went on to stand senior reserve champion. Terminator is sired by Ampertaine Elgin and is out of Foxhillfarm Natasha. A first outing for our senior heifer Foxhillfarm Toplass, her sire is Derrygullinane Kingbull out of Foxhillfarm Nadiya. Toplass stood second in her class.

With the Aberdeen Angus, the team took the very exciting heifer Foxhill Diamond Mist Z253, who was junior female champion at Agri Expo a couple of weeks ago. She carried on her winning streak at Stars of the Future, this heifer stood first in her class, junior champion, she then went onto and was crowned native interbreed junior champion. Foxhill Diamond Mist Z253 is by Linton Gilbertines President out of the 13,000gns Weeton Diamond Mist. Next stop for Foxhill Diamond Mist Z253, will be the Aberdeen Angus Bonanza show.

With the Aberdeen Angus bulls, the boys were well travelled after Agrifest on Wednesday, Foxhill Diamond Mist Z252 stood first in his class & Foxhill Diamond Mist Z254 stood third in his class. Foxhill Diamond Mist Z252 stood reserve junior bull.
