A quick pit stop to the reduction sale of the Hallington herd at Carlisle en route to Stirling bull sales earlier this week, has resulted in some new Aberdeen Angus female bloodlines heading back to Foxhill HQ.
Lot 57 Hallington Ebolass A850, an outstanding 2 year old heifer with her outstanding April 2026 heifer calf Lot 57A, Hallington Ebolass C909 were the first picks of the day with Lot 57 purchased for 4,800gns and Lot 57A purchased for 11,000gns.
Lot 59 Hallington Ebolass X734 was purchased for 7500gns, she is by Tonley Kaspar U512 out of Hallington Ebolass T563. She bred a bull called Hallington Epic that was sold to the Deveron Vale herd for 14,000gns.
Lot 72 Hallington Wistaria T565 was one of the outstanding matriarch cows in the herd, by Blelack Duke J262, she is 3 months in calf to Tonley Eagle and was purchased for 14,000gns. Team Foxhill are looking forward to getting them home and seeing what they produce for us in the future.
