Foxhillfarm Naomi clinches Great Yorkshire Show championship

Our super star heifer from this year, Foxhillfarm Naomi, carried on her winning form by taking the breed championship at this week’s Great Yorkshire Show, having won her class and then going to take the female championship under judge Stephen Priestley.

Foxhillfarm Naomi, reserve interbreed champion

Following on from her breed wins at Devon, Royal Cornwall and the Royal Highland, her win at Harrogate helped clinch the fifth breed championship at the Great Yorkshire for Foxhill. Naomi then teamed up to form part of the reserve interbreed group of four, as well as take reserve in the Continental Blythewood Pairs.

In the Blue classes, Charlotte’s heifer Foxhill Nadiya won her class under Andrew Price and then went on to stand reserve junior champion.

Next stop for us is the Royal Welsh, which will be the last summer show of the season for us, before we turn our attention to Texel sales.
