Last weekend, Michael & Melanie headed to Carlisle for the H&H Spring Show & Sale. Lot 196 caught our eye, she stood second to the reserve champion and topped the sale at £15,000. This outstanding blue roan heifer shown by Zoe Hall and Mark Batty, Horsley Hill Farm, Hawick was sired by their stock bull Impulsive Phoenix. We have since sold a half share in “The Countess” to Mary Cormack of the Rougemont herd.
