This year’s English Winter Fair saw us take a first and the reserve Limousin championship with our steer No Likey in the commercial classes. No Likey has had a strong winter winning every steer class he’s competed in. He ended his winter season at the Royal Welsh Winter Fair where he also won his class and was sold to Bishops Hull Butchers, Taunton.
Meanwhile, in the pedigree classes, Charlotte’s British Blue heifer Foxhill Nadiya carried on her fantastic winning form by winning her class in the British Blue calf class and then going on to stand reserve Blue champion.
Next month will see us sell Nadiya’s half sister, Foxhill Natasha, a January 2018-born daughter of Bringlee Freeman out of Charlotte’s foundation female, Rhymil Kylie, at the Society sale in Carlisle. Photographs will follow in the New Year of Natasha.
